Reggae Legend to play Tripod on March 21
By our calendar, Jamaican dub reggae legend 'Scratch' Perry turns 74 the day before this gig. Playing your first Dublin gig in years isn't exactly a bad way to celebrate. Vintage Perry collaborators The Congos and Max Romeo are also on the bill, which should attract reggae fans who didn't just get into Bob Marley as an excuse to smoke weed. Tickets for this birthday celebration-cum-must-attend-gig are available from €24.50.
