give no assurance or warranty regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or applicability of any of the contents and assume no responsibility for information contained on the
site, and disclaim all liability in respect of such information. The 2night staff shall not be held responsible for any missing information related to restaurants, venues or
events, or for similar content not published in the site.
In no event will 2night be liable for any damages including (without limitation) indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from use
or loss of use, data, or profits, whether in action of contract or negligence, arising out of or in connection with the use of the site.
No warranty is given that the site shall be available on an uninterrupted basis, and no liability can be accepted in respect of losses or damages arising out of such
unavailability.
2night accepts no liability in respect of losses or damages arising out of changes made to the content of the site by any third parties. Access to and use of the site is at the
user's own risk.
The comments and reviews (save the editorial review, which is displayed in the Restaurant and/or Venue webpage) are inserted by the users. 2night shall not be held
responsible for such comments and disclaims all liability for their truth or for the presence of opinion, sentences that may be considered offensive towards other users,
restaurants, venues and their owners or staff, or third parties in general.
The 2night staff reserve the right to remove comments from users in the Site (comments to restaurant, venues, pictures, post in the forum, etc) should they fail to comply
with the company's standards or its editorial requirements, either intervening directly or through a third party's report, according to the 2night staff's own judgement.
The 2night staff will devote its best effort to check content generated by the users and posted in the site by the users in order to intervene should any unfair acts arise.
However, 2night does not accept any liability with regard to said content. The staff invite users to report, by writing to privacy@2night.ie, any contents that appear to be
suspicious, libellous, or distasteful, or any comments that fail to comply with copyright regulations. The 2night staff reserve the right to provide the email address and IP
address of the authors of such content on request.
By posting any comments, pictures, posts or related content, the user gives 2night the non-exclusive right to use or publish said content in any form or through any means,
without 2night's obligation to quote the author.
If these Terms of Use are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
