The newest and possibly the slickest of Dublin's city-centre gay bars, The Dragon has adopted the Dublin superpub tactic of having multiple areas: there's a chill out section near the entrance, a long bar and dance floor area on the ground floor, then a bar and smoking area on the first floor. The decor - dark with Asian influences, mosaics, and statues - is similarly hip. They've even gone retro with a pool table and Space Invaders machine! A cocktail menu has all the usual suspects, and the late night club (with Dublin's bigger DJs playing sets) will hook you in for the evening.

From the front gate of Trinity College, cross onto College Green - the large Bank of Ireland building should be on your right. Keep walking onto Dame Street, turning left onto South Great George's Street. The Dragon will be half-way up the street on your right.

2night's editorial team will check the first 5 comments that each user posts. If the comments comply with the guidelines, they will be published.
