Husband and wife team Aziz & Eva Nouhi have done a good job in creating a little oasis on South William Street in Dada Restaurant. Inspired heavily by the Moorish architecture of North Africa and Southern Spain, the unusually-shaped arches, warm colours on the walls and generally intimate atmosphere all help create that all-too-rare sense of being in another place entirely. The menu will help that feeling along too: from the couscous to the rich and exotic meat dishes, the cooking is wonderfully authentic, with the lamb tangine a particular highlight.
